Or rather a see you later...
Some of you will remember the Davis family, who I initially did a photoshoot with a few years ago. Since then they have helped me move into my house, and Bentley has grown to graduate from my classroom to a new room. Sadly this was time for another life milestone, but one that has them leaving the space coast. Emily had received new orders to move to another state, and they wanted one last photoshoot on the beach before they go. And I of course said yes!
We met up for a sunrise photoshoot on the beach, and we had a blast in the morning light, posing and having fun. Unfortunately for the adults- once such moment the waves did catch Bentley and he became soaked! His giggles of course were hilarious and I couldn't help but smile as he stuck his tongue out at me. By the time he changed into his back up outfit, the sun was perfectly above the horizon. Emily picked up Bentley and swung him around in the sun resulting in eye catching silhouettes, capturing the joy of a new day on the beach. The giggles and laughter lifted my heart so much and instilled such a sense of joy with the sun rising to bring forward a new day. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate this family. I hope to follow along with their journey for many years to come, and who knows, maybe I'll get to head out their way on a side quest and capture another set of photos in the future.
Until next time- thank you for truting me with your photos. I look forward to the next ones, wherever they may be.
