Did she see me?
This shoot was an absolute blast as I got to play paparazzi for my friend as he was going to propose. It started with a call over winter break where Schuyler told me the plan and we began to prepare. The original plan had to be adjusted due to incoming storms with a chance of tornados, but we were ready and we weren't going to let a little wind get in the way. I packed all of gear up in my workout bag, headed to the park and started doing yoga in my crazy leggings and hat. I eagerly waited to see their truck, and the moment they got out, we were off! I made sure to get in the perfect position to capture this joyous moment with Caroline being none the wiser that I was there. One point in time she turned around and I swear I have never hit the deck so fast! But the moment came, Schuyler went down on bended knee and of course she said yes! I kept snapping away, and the moment Schuyler pointed me out to Caroline still makes me chuckle to this day. The laughter of those few minutes, the sweet tears, and heartfelt moments were such a beautiful moment that I feel so blessed to have captured. Congratulations you two! I'm so excited for what adventures lie ahead.
